Returns & Refunds

  • What is your returns policy?
    • To qualify for our return terms  you must send your return request within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel. Please request authorisation by contacting us via the Contact Form selecting ‘Returns & Refunds’ as the contact reason. You will then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.
  • How will I be refunded?
    • The refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method and you will receive confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.
